Stephanie - Was born and raised in Muscatine, Iowa. She was a dental hygienist for 13 years and received her RDIT Bacheler of Science degree from University of Iowa. She worked for private practioners for several years then was dental coordinator for Deptartment of Pediatric Dentistry at University Hospital Schools for 4 years. During that time she completed a master's of Science in Dental Public Health at the University of Iowa. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree & graduated in 1997 from the U of Iowa College of Dentistry. She worked for the Iowa Dept. of corrections in Newton & Anamosa for about two years. Stephanie purchased Classic Smiles in 1998.

Stephanie was a single parent for 17 years & mother of one daughter & step mom of two. She has been a loving wife of Mike & Co-owner of Mike’s All State Insurance Agency in North Liberty. Stephanie enjoys motorcycling throughout the country and Europe. She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, sewing, scuba diving and camping around the countryside. She also loves spending time with family & friends.

Professionally - Stephanie is active in the American Dental Association. She was a past Johnson County Dental Association President. Stephanie is also a supporter of the Iowa City Free Dental Clinic. Stephanie donated used dental equipment to Hurricane Katrina relief in Baton Rouge, La. 2005.

The U of I College of Dentistry offered Stephanine an opportunity to be Adjunct faculty for several years. As dental coordinator, Stephanine provided dental in-services to Systems Unlimited clients and other developmental disability facilities. Stephanie has worked in Colorado & Iowa in migrant Dental Health Clinics and providing dental hygiene instructions and examinations. During dental school she had the opportunity to work at her mentors private practice in Las Vegas during vacation breaks. Having family in Europe, she has visited several foriegn dental academies and exchanged dental education information.
